About Us

Our Story

Dr. Madison Best, PT, DPT is an NC native who received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and then her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well (go heels!).

She now resides in Wendell, NC with her husband and sweet golden doodle. She serves the Eastern Wake County area including Zebulon, Wendell, Knightdale, Rolesville, Southeast Raleigh, and Archer Lodge. She understands that providing treatment in the client’s home provides a unique opportunity to really meet clients where they are in a way that is comfortable and realistic for reaching their day-to-day goals. After working with children for a year, she realized that the mother deserves and needs rehabilitation as well in order to be the best mother they can be and thus help their children succeed.

When not helping her clients improve their quality of life, Madison enjoys playing pickleball with her husband, exercising, long talks and quality time with family and friends, and vacations at the beach. Madison is an excellent therapist with a true and caring understanding for how to best meet her client’s needs.
